NNA - The outgoing Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, on Monday phone called Lebanese Army Chief, General Jean Qahwaji, who briefed him over the situation in Tripoli and the military measures taken by the army to control the situation therein.



Mikati assured that the Lebanese Army has the support of the cabinet, the political authority and all the leaders in Tripoli to restore calm in the city, especially that there are some working to destabilize Tripoli and make out of it a square for conflicts.
