NNA - Hizbullah challenged the Syrian opposition, to safeguard holy sites from desecration.



The party and, in its press release today, cited the instance of the alleged desecration of grave of a major companion of the Prophet al-Kindi at the hands of fanatics near 'Adra/Damascus.



The statement quoted party boss Nasrullah's warning two days ago against desecration of tombs and holy sites without moral or religious remorse whatsoever.



Hizbullah urged the opposition to safeguard holy sites or else they themselves would be at pains of being regarded as accomplices to the crime by the party.



Hizbullah reiterated warnings against an imminent religious strife because of such actions.
