NNA - A group of young men attempted to cut-off the Hasbany-Rashaya Highway in the town of Marj Zhour on Sunday, in protest against 13 diesel tanks from passing through, as they were heading towards the Masnaa region along the borders with Syria.


Security forces immediately interfered in order to re-open the road while Army units spread within the vicinity. The tanks' drivers were convinced to turn back South via Al-Hasbany.
