NNA - Secretary of Change and Reform Bloc, MP Ibrahim Kanaan, said during a meeting held at Koura branch of Free Patriotic Movement that the conditions the Movement has concerning election law are constrained to the application of the Constitution and respect of national parity, and at the governmental level the respect of proper representation of his parliamentary bloc.
