NNA - Caretaker Health Minister Ali Hassan Khalil on Friday hoped for the establishment of a consensus government that would include all political forces.



Caretaker Minister, who spoke at a ceremony organized by Amal movement to commemorate the first Qana massacre, said that members of the upcoming government ought to start a new phase based on consensus, so as to elaborate a true rescue plan.



"Current climate is suitable for an agreement upon the establishment of a new government and for the approval of a new electoral law," he said and affirmed that this would pave the way before genuine reconciliation between political forces.
