NNA - Deputy Alain Aoun hoped that new proposals would be suggested to reach a new electoral law.
"Every team contributes in solution in its own way and the Free Patriotic Movement has suspended the Orthodox law," the MP said, adding that the meetings which were held were useful and not a waste of time. He also hoped to propose productive ideas.
Aoun said that his bloc is open to discussions to reach a resolution in order to reach consensus on the new electoral law, calling on those who refuse the Orthodox law to propose new alternatives.
"All the proposed bills do not provide fair Christian representation," the MP said in Thursday's statement.
The MP pointed that Deputy Ali Fayyad has supported the Orthodox law.
