Then, Kataeb Secretary General Michel Khoury read the organizational- administrative report. Digital reports of the General Secretariat team were screened, including the proportions of ages in the Kataeb party, which increased in the last two years, the role of women within the party, the evolution of the different devices and the new Kataeb divisions, which were opened in the Lebanese regions since 4 years.

Moreover, speeches were addressed by party officials who had genuine fingerprints in the developments that marked its geographical and organizational levels.
A documentary film was screened, summarizing the activities of the party during the past four years, including the stages of party's development.

The Executive Forum was concluded with a speech by Kataeb central committee coordinator MP Samy Gemayel.

Kataeb Central Committee Coordinator MP Samy Gemayel saluted all those who are gathered in heaven; and said that '6000 Kataeb martyrs are looking at us today proud of each one of you.'

He also saluted President Amine Gemayel on behalf of all the comrades. He stated: "You are the rock of the Kataeb Party, no one was able to intimidate you not the wars or Hafez al-Assad or the 12 years of exile, not even the martyrdom of Pierre or Bashir or the war of rumors."

He stressed during the Kataeb Executive Forum - 2013 that with the humble capabilities of the Kataeb party, they were able to restore the role of the Party and that was all because of comrade Pierre Amin Gemayel.

Gemayel pointed out that the situation in Lebanon is deteriorating on all levels and that the security and economic situation is declining.
'Enough! We need a revolution which will be carried out by the Kataeb Party against political performance. We want politics to be based on a plan,' he said.

Gemayel added that the Kataeb Party will stress to the Lebanese that their battles are against those who are trying to vanquish freedom in Lebanon.

Gemayel noted: "We will revolt against the political performance based on lies, but what is more important is not building politics in Lebanon on the basis of slogans but rather on a particular project such as the project we have proposed in 2009, the first such by a political party."

On another note, Gemayel wished PM-designate Tammam Salam good luck to salvage Lebanon at this difficult stage, paying tribute to all the great figures such as Saeb Salam whereby 'we confirm to his son Tammam Salam our full support in order to overcome this hard phase.'

He said Salam believes there is no partnership in Lebanon without all of the Lebanese. He urged Salam to work on agreeing on an electoral draft-law that receives the backing of all the Lebanese, protect Lebanon from security deterioration locally and on its borders, and work on rebuilding international trust in Lebanon.
'We will revolt against security chaos and the reason is the lack of our state's dignity to deal with its sovereignty and acceptance of non-legitimate arms,' MP Gemayel lashed out. We want the state to revolt on its right in defending its borders; where is the dignity of the official when his state's borders are shelled with no response on his behalf?'

Gemayel pointed out that since 40 years, we have been paying the price of the wars of others and it is time to rebuild our economy and policies for one thing is required: Lebanon first, second and third.'
Gemayel said each sect has created its own canton which was preventing the state from implementing plans
He quipped: 'Hezbollah is a good example for the presence of arms in the hands of militias. Is Hezbollah happy with seeing arms proliferation and the spread of extremism?' Gemayel wondered.

Accordingly, he stressed the dire need to disassociate Lebanon from the conflicts of the region because the Lebanese citizens are tired.
MP Gemayel called for economic and social revolution, wondering: 'Is it acceptable for our economy to remain without any index and numbers? Is it acceptable to approve the series of ranks and salaries without knowing the number of state employees?'
Moreover, he noted the need to organize public transportation in order to resolve the conflict of high-priced diesel.

'We want the state to revolt to preserve its security on its border. What is the role of the army?
Gemayel also called for a revolution against the policies of axes. It's been 40 years that we are paying the price of their wars. It's time for us to take a break to build our economy and politics, said Gemayel. 'We should keep Lebanon neutral. We no longer want to pay the price of the region's crises.'
Gemayel questioned Sayyeed Hassan Nasrallah, stating: ?s the Assad regime worth sending fighters to defend him?

MP Gemayel concluded by addressing the public opinion, urging them to differentiate between the politicians for they are not all the same; whereby "we cannot improve Lebanon without holding them accountable.'
