NNA - Government Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr on Thursday filed a lawsuit against both Ayman Al-Fatayri and Marwan Ashkar charged with killing the soldier Jad Beaini and wounding his brother in the incident that took place in Beqaata - Shouf, and referred the file to the first military investigating judge Riad Abu Ghida.
