NNA - National News Agency correspondent reported Tuesday that Lebanese army units effectuated today raids in the Wadi Khaled region of Hisheh to look for the eight Syrians reported kidnapped.



The units especially stormed into the houses of Hussein al-Ahmad and his brother, in addition to a number of farms in the vicinity of Jarmanaya area.



Gunmen in Wadi Khaled near the border with Syria abducted eight Syrian workers yesterday to exchange them for a Lebanese man held by the Syrian authorities.



No individuals have been arrested as yet.
