NNA - National News Agency correspondent reported Tuesday that young men from Jaafar clan opened fire this afternoon at a Pick-up truck in the Baalbeck region of Labwe and kidnapped a member from Rayed family.



It is to note that the release of individuals, abducted over the weekend in a tit-for-tat move between Jaafar family and Arsal locals, was halted for political reasons.
