Raad: Mikati leaves major void

NNA - Mikati wished to avert one vacant police post only to cast the country into a major void, head of the Hizbullah parliamentarian Bloc Muhammad Raad, told a commemorative meeting of a' martyred party member" at the local Husayniyya Mosque of the southern Lebanese village of Mays al-Jabal today.

Raad told assembled Hizbullah clergymen and supporters that the resigned prime minister became totally bankrupt in terms of his security contributions to Lebanon or perhaps escaped imminent tempests menacing the country. He reiterated his party's sticking to "constant agendas" regardless of Mikati's tendered resignation. Raad accused him of blocking dialogue and security by his "incapacity to rule".

It is high time for the Lebanese to realize how much they are in need for the triad comprised of his party, the military and the people in order to confront major stirrings ahead, the deputy retorted. People are pretty much polarized now in terms of loyalty to the party line, he exclaimed. Raad hinted that the killing of pro-Assad clergyman al-Bouti in Damascus might recur in Jounyeh or downtown Beirut.

He noted that the forthcoming government must uphold party triad otherwise it falls within the orbit of suspicion therefore the party must be protected as per patriotic duty.
