NNA - "Future" bloc member Deputy Jamal Jarrah confirmed that Foreign and Expatriates Minister Adnan Mansour carried out the role which Iran and Syria wanted.
"Mansour is the Foreign Minister of the Syrian regime and not of the Lebanese Foreign Ministry," he stressed.
The MP said that Mansour's stance in the meeting of the Arab League did not express the Cabinet's opinion.
Jarrah warned of dragging the country into the Syrian crisis, stressing that "Mansour's position contradicts the Cabinet's disassociation policy."
The MP called on Sleiman and Mikati to take appropriate measures against Mansour.
"Mansour's policy is destructive as it exposes Lebanon to the worst relation with the Arab states," Jarrah asserted.
Jarrah asked Hezbollah to stop interfering in the Syrian crisis to evade repercussions on Lebanon.
"The Syrian regime is toppled and the Syrian opposition cannot back down," the MP said.
On the other hand, Jarrah urged to hold elections on time, stressing "we are working to reach a law that satisfies all sides and preserves national unity and co-existence.
