NNA - The Ministry of Finance on Friday announced that the Customs Department at Beirut International Airport had seized today a package of sanitary pads containing radioactive substances.


Minister of Finance, Ali Hassan Khalil, ordered to refer the seized goods to the Lebanese Atomic Energy Agency, and asked the competent authorities to work on returning the package to the exporter.
