NNA - Government Commissioner to the military court, Judge Sakr Sakr, on Thursday brought before the Court of Cassation certain articles mentioned in the indictment issued yesterday by Judge Riad Abou Ghayda against former Minister Michel Samaha and General Ali Mamlouk.
The dossier will be referred to the Court of Cassation and then to the Military Tribunal to begin the trial.
