NNA - Caretaker Minister of Defense, Zeina Akar, on Wednesday said via twitter, “We have completed Law #194 on the protection of afflicted areas as a result of Beirut Port explosion, and in support of  their reconstruction. Concerned ministries and departments have also issued decisions to implement exemptions and compensations for martyrs and their families, which have been put into effect.
