NNA – The Lebanese Army Command-Guidance Directorate said in a communiqué that the International Committee of the Red Cross on Friday handed over the shepherd Hassan Kassem Zahra who had been kidnapped by the Israeli enemy in the region of Bastra / Kfarshouba on 12/1/2021.
“Investigation has been launched to find out the circumstances of the kidnapping incident," the communiqué said.
