Gathering near Eiffel Tower in Paris marking October 17th occasion

NNA - Dozens of the Lebanese community members residing in France gathered today at a point near the Eiffel Tower, to commemorate the anniversary of October 17, waving Lebanese flags, chanting the national anthem and slogans in support of the activists' movement in Lebanon.

They also participated in the "Lebanese Dabke" to the impact of patriotic songs, stressing that they will continue their movement until the goals are achieved.

Delivered words stressed the need to "hold the thieves and corrupt accountable, recover the looted money, and prosecute those responsible for the August 4 explosion."
