NNA - Progressive Socialist Party Chief Walid Jumblatt tweeted on Sunday, saying: "Forty-six years ago, the October War was the one that shattered the legend of the invincible Israeli army...And if Egypt had regained all of its occupied territories, Lebanon would later lose its independence and the best of its intellectuals, politicians and fighters through the iron grip of the Syrian regime..."

"It is as if nothing has changed, for the press is in danger and freedom of opinion is almost prohibited!" exclaimed Jumblatt.
