NNA - Member of Parliament Nabil Du Freij on Friday urged Lebanese political adversaries to avoid attempts at trading barbs, but to opt instead for the much-need dialogue to salvage the nation from the simmering political situation.
He touted the formation of a cabinet that's not challenging to any political side.
"There has been unanimous agreement on Tammam Salam to form a cabinet, so any cabinet he comes out with shouldn't provoke anyone," the lawmaker told the Voice of Lebanon radio station.
He also urged Hezbollah to withdraw from Syria.
"If Hezbollah withdraws from Syria, then we can form an all-embracing cabinet which prohibits extremists from entering Lebanon," he added.
