NNA - Future Parliamentary Bloc Member, MP Khalid Zahraman, stressed Saturday that Tripoli is a city of co-existence and living, and not one of wars and fighting.
"The battle in Tripoli is not of a sectarian nature, nor is it between Alawites and Sunnis," added Zahraman, speaking in an interview to Future TV. He blamed the state of chaos in Tripoli on the widespread of arms, "which are taking the city as hostage," he noted.
"The Alawites are a victim of said weapons, just like the Sunnis, Muslims and Christians," added Zahraman.
