NNA - Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, on Monday met at Ein Tineh residence with Caretaker Water and Energy Minister, Jibran Bassil, where they boarded the current situation and affairs related to the oil and gas dossier.



The meeting took place in the presence of Minister Ali Hassan Khalil.



On emerging, Minister Bassil said that all talk about the legality or not of the decisions adopted with respect to oil dossier decrees, is categorically groundless.



"It is a pure procedural matter," noted Bassil, underlining the importance of casting aside all arbitrary and temperamental decisions in addressing people's daily living affairs.



On the other hand, Speaker Berri met with Caretaker Telecommunication Minister, Nicolas Sehnawi, where they broached the general situation and relevant ministerial affairs.



Berri then met respectively with German Ambassador to Lebanon and Lebanese Democratic Party Head, Deputy Talal Erslan, with talks reportedly touching on the current developments.
