NNA - Caretaker Minister of Economy, Nicolas Nahas, called on Monday for aptly handling issues that cause harm to Lebanon and the Lebanese.
"The Outgoing Prime Minister's decision to revive cabinet sessions came once realizing that a dead-end has been reached and that all the political parties are holding him responsible for this," Nahas told the "Voice of Lebanon" radio, pointing out that "Mikati is communicating with the President of the Republic, Michel Sleiman in this regard."
Responding to a question about the state's role in controlling prices' surge during the seasons' period, Nahas said that the Department of Consumer Protection had intensified its patrols during this period.
