NNA - "Future" bloc member, Deputy Ammar Houry, urged on Monday the need to form a neutral Cabinet which would address the citizens' needs.
"Today, we're in a pressing need to form a Cabinet," he told the "Voice of Lebanon" radio.
He said that the constitution and law stated that the Caretaker Cabinet's job was very limited, or else it would violate the constitution.
The MP confirmed that "President Michel Sleiman and Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati will sign the decree to form a new Cabinet and if it (decree) doesn't attain confidence at the Parliament, it will become a caretaker Cabinet awaiting the anticipated constitutional consultations."
