NNA - Caretaker Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Minister, Adnan Mansour, on Monday met with the President of Guinea, Alpha Conde, in the presence of his Guinean counterpart, François Val.
Mansour is currently on a visit to the African country of Guinea for general talks with Conde and Val on the situation of the Lebanese community residing of Guinea. Mansour also handed Conde a letter from Lebanese President, Michel Sleiman.
Following talks on the best means to boost and activate Lebanese-Guinean bilateral relations, the President of Guinea heaped praise on the remarkable role of the Lebanese Diaspora, encouraging more Lebanese investments in Guinean territories.
In turn, Mansour thanked the people of Guinea for welcoming the Lebanese and providing them with the ample of success opportunities.
