NNA - Cautious calm prevailed on Monday morning in Tripoli in the battle-scarred regions, in addition to some sporadic gunfire and sniping which targeted the international highway in Tabaneh, according to NNA correspondent.
New ISF members arrived to Tripoli's Serail awaiting the arrival of other members in the coming hours.
The streets that are located far from the clashes areas, witnessed on Monday noon regular traffic jam.
