Jisr: Aggressing Alawites deemed pretty harmful to Tripoli

NNA - Aggressing Alawites and shooting them in the feet is deemed very harmful to Tripoli, Future Bloc parliamentarian Samir Jisr told interlocutors coming to see him at his home today.

He quoted the Quran to the effect that "meeting one harm with another is utterly offensive to religion". While blood breeds blood, you can't just take Shari'a into your hands and implement Allah's limits, Jisr addressed presumed Salafist criminals.

Unfortunately, police and the court system have forfeited their duties with listed excesses becoming intolerably widespread in the city, he retorted.

The MP blamed caretaker Interior minister Marwan Charbel's inexcusable pretexts when he said" his forces have been stretched to limit by undertaking the protection of officials and VIPs rather than securing Tripoli?

He challenged Charbel to elucidate what he termed as limits and range of his so-called "security plan" exclaiming that in the event of availability of such securitarian thinking, therewith lies the major problem, he concluded.
