NNA - Rapporteur of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Mansour Haqiqat Pour, visited on Friday caretaker Foreign Affairs Minister Adnan Mansour.
Following the meeting, Haqiqat said that the Lebanese government will not spare an effort to reveal facts on the terrorist bombing against the Iranian Embassy in Lebanon.
"It will hand murderers to justice," he affirmed.
The Iranian official thanked the Lebanese government for its efforts and solidarity during the Embassy's incident.
"We discovered that the martyrs and wounded by this terrorist act are mere employees and workers who work day and night to ensure the livelihood of their families. Are these attacks against the innocent civilians as jihadist acts?" he questioned.
Haqiqat said that this terrorist act will strengthen the struggle of Iran and the Iranian Embassy in Beirut against the Israeli enemy and Takfirists.
Asked about the repetition of such attacks against the Iran in Lebanon, he affirmed that Iran, ever since the establishment of the Islamic Republic, assumed a sacred message, mainly defending rights, laws, justice and freedom of peoples.
"We asked the Lebanese government and security agencies to ensure the necessary coverage to protect our missions and the Iranian embassy in Beirut," he concluded.
