NNA - The Secretary General of the Democratic Arab Party, former MP Ali Eid, condemned and deplored the terrorist explosion that targeted early today former Minister Mohammad Shatah in STARCO / Beirut, saying that the assassination aims to flare up a civil warfare in Lebanon.
He accordingly called upon the state, with all its security and judicial apparatuses, to unveil the truth beyond the crime as soon as possible.
He also upped his calls for resorting to understanding and dialogue as a means to pacify the local tension and preserve security and national peace.
